I had the pleasure of photographing an elopement at the beautiful Seattle Chinese Garden, and it was a truly magical experience. The couple, who had recently moved to Seattle, looked stunning against the backdrop of the traditional Chinese architecture and lush greenery of the garden.
What struck me most about this particular elopement was the way that the bride's Western white wedding dress blended seamlessly with the traditional Chinese elements of the garden. It was a beautiful representation of the way that different cultures and traditions can come together to create something truly special.
I always feel honored to be able to capture these intimate moments between couples. And in this case, the Seattle Chinese Garden provided the perfect setting for a truly unforgettable elopement. I wish this lovely new couple all the best as they embark on this exciting new chapter in their lives. And as we celebrate Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, I'm reminded of the incredible diversity and richness of culture that we are fortunate to have in our communities.
